I had Level 2 support on the phone for over 2 hours. I subscribed to their support for two years at a cost of $300.00! And STILL I have the inability to print to my recently-purchased (last week), $113.00 HP OfficeJet 6978 printer! My latest action(s): remove (uninstall) all HP printer software and hardware.
